About you

You are analytical, detail oriented and have a passion for commercial real estate. You are motivated and driven seeking an opportunity to support our national retail account with client relationship management, transaction coordination and client lease portfolio analysis with a particular focus on multi-market coordination. You have a knack for creative thinking and the ability to perceive problems while reacting quickly to provide effective solutions to your clients? You perform well under pressure and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks and seeing things through to completion. Lastly, you have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written with a demonstrated ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will....

  • Coordinate various activities tied to the lease transaction process, including maintenance of detailed records of all transaction stages from initiation through closing, including tracking key dates, deliverables, and payment.

  • Actively leverage Smartsheet or other platforms required to track and coordinate deal progress, ensuring accurate reporting on activities in each market.

  • Onboard and train local brokers on the process to effectively utilize Smartsheet or other platforms required for tracking purposes.

  • Generate regular reports summarizing the status of transactions, providing updates to senior leadership and the client.

  • Assist in the preparation of deal packages for client approval, as needed

  • Schedule meetings and calls to ensure alignment between internal brokerage teams and the client, as needed.

  • Assist with editing and distributing letters of intent to the client and the Colliers account team.

  • Organize and file all documentation related to each transaction to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.

  • Monitor transactions to ensure commission payments are processed, tracked, and reconciled correctly.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of transaction management/coordination experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or real estate specialty.

  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • High level of initiative, organization, and excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $65,475 - $80,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
